Erin Mires, Ph.D.

After my 3rd child, I struggled to find a balance between going back to work 6 weeks postpartum, taking care of my 3 children, and doing the stereotypical "mom duties" while my husband traveled for work.


I ended up having panic attacks and was diagnosed with Severe Postpartum Anxiety and Moderate Postpartum Depression. Through coaching, I was able to find a life balance that included a new sense of purpose and identity as an entrepreneur.


My mission is to empower women to live a life of balance and global impact.

Ashley followed a corporate career path from one job to the next, finally landing on a career in healthcare talent and leadership development, helping others manage their growth and leadership paths but never fully feeling like she fit into her own. Until she decided to use all that she'd learned...on HERSELF.


Erin is an Air Force Veteran and former Professor who has been in the Organization & Leader Development consulting space for over 7 years. After her 3rd child, born right before the COVID lockdowns hit, she was diagnosed with Postpartum Depression and Anxiety and realized it was time to come into her own true self.

Most of us have unaddressed deep, and often unconscious, wounds, blocks, and beliefs that cause issues in our lives. These often become apparent as we attempt to learn new skills and competencies and find ourselves struggling to get to the next level. Once these wounds, blocks, and beliefs are cleared, we can better learn and apply new skills. And, when we as individuals heal, it creates a ripple effect when we show up differently at work more balanced, purposeful, and productive leaders who are better able to manage their tasks while also caring for their people.

The amygdala of our brains often sends our innate human tendency to do everything we can to remain a part of the tribe into a tizzy at work, instilling fear when thoughts arise such as, "I shouldn't do that so that so-and-so doesn't think I'm outshining them." and "I shouldn’t feel this way. I should be grateful I have this job…" These thoughts can cause a lack of productivity and a need to blend in instead of doing our best work to succeed. Understanding the biological and quantum physical aspects of mindset and applying them helps us to re-wire our brains so that we perform at our best and in a state of unity and understanding of others.

The old work culture of doing more and more to get results is finally giving way to the realization that humans need to balance “doing” with “being”, including the time to rest, reflect, and reassess. Otherwise, we burn out. A recent survey from FlexJobs and Mental Health America (MHA) reported that 75% of workers have experienced burnout, and 40% of those polled said it was a direct result of the coronavirus pandemic. Balanced leaders are more effective and resilient and lead by example, bringing in that balanced energy to our communication, team-building, culture, decision-making, and more.
